Evidence-based Nutrition for Gut & Metabolic Health
Hi, I’m Jessica and I’m so glad you’re here
I help adults feel better in their bodies by improving gut health, balancing metabolism and restoring energy - without extreme or restrictive approaches.
I hold a Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition from Notre Dame of Maryland University’s School of Integrative Health and am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Certified Health Coach, blending the science of nutrition with the art of personalized health coaching.
I work with adults who are ready to feel better in their bodies - whether that means improving gut health symptoms like bloating, constipation, loose stools, or abdominal discomfort, or addressing metabolic concerns such as blood sugar imbalances, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or fatigue.
My approach is grounded in the belief that sustainable health doesn’t come from extreme plans or perfection — it comes from mastering the fundamentals. I focus on “majoring in the majors”: nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress resilience. When these foundations are supported, real and lasting change becomes possible.
My goal is to help you understand your body, simplify nutrition, and make changes that not only improve symptoms - but truly fit into your life.
Are we a good fit?

Does this sound like you?
-

Digestion feels sluggish; bowel movements aren’t consistent, and despite trying multiple diets or strategies, relief has been short-lived - or nonexistent.
-

You feel consistently frustrated and unsure what to do next. Nothing seems to provide lasting relief. Each day feels like you’re just getting by.
-

You’re unable to fully participate in the things you once loved because of the discomfort in your body.
-

You’ve developed food intolerances or a complicated relationship with food after years of restriction.
-

You find yourself stuck in a cycle of hyper-focusing on foods to minimize symptoms - only to feel like it’s creating even more stress.
-

Deciding what to eat can feel overwhelming, and social situations can add another layer of anxiety.
